Application
ECORYL BINDER – SIM is a medium soft anionic binder based on acrylic copolymers. ECORYL BINDER – SIM can also be incorporated in the impregnation system for providing a filling property & softness to leather. The usage at the time of application depends upon non binding ingredients, coloring & the final finishing required by the end customers.

CHARACTERISTICS :
ECORYL BINDER – SIM possess a high flexibility & has an excellent wet & dry rubbing fastness. ECORYL BINDER – SIM is compatible with all the anionic as well as ionic ingredients. ECORYL BINDER – SIM possess a very good plate releasing property. ECORYL BINDER – SIM has an excellent flow properties that helps in good padding, spraying via surface coating machines. ECORYL BINDER – SIM has a perfect covering & good bonding. ECORYL BINDER – SIM has a high flexural endurance. ECORYL BINDER – SIM has a fine particle size which promotes sufficient penetration & strong adhesion. ECORYL BINDER – SIM has an excellent property of cold crack resistance. ECORYL BINDER – SIM is also preferred to be applied in the finishing of hard leather. ECORYL BINDER – SIM provides a good elasticity on leather.

Storage :
Keep container tightly closed. Storing temperature recommended: 15-45ºC. Keep from heating over 50ºC. This product may separate under extreme cold or warm storing conditions. Before use, mix by stirring, pump circulation or any other suitable method at 15-45ºC. Observation of the recommended storage will result in a shelf life of at least 6 Months.
